E-Justice saves time and money.
It does not replace the formal service of notices on the parties in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Court at the “Legal Aid and Mediation” Association (LAMA).
Access to an arbitration case filed with the Arbitration Court at LAMA is restricted to the parties to the proceedings and their duly authorised representatives.
Each arbitration case has an individual profile, ensuring the confidentiality of the proceedings.

ARBITRATION COURT AT LAMA
The Arbitration Court resolves civil and commercial disputes concerning property rights and obligations, as well as disputes relating to the filling of gaps in contracts or their adaptation to newly arising circumstances. Such disputes may arise between natural persons or legal entities, whether domiciled or having their registered office in the Republic of Bulgaria or abroad.
